Supplement 36B: Flams on Hand-to-Hand and Category 4 Sticking as 2-Bar Phrases | Part 2 of 3

These exercises continue flam application on hand-to-hand and Category 4 sticking in 4/4 and 12/8, now as 2-bar phrases. Watch for sticking errors and correct them as you practice, writing the sticking in if it helps. Flams in succession use a Moeller accent motion unless the accent before it shares the same hand, in which case a wrist motion takes over — follow the accent’s direction for accurate execution.
