Supplement 45D: The Inverted Flam Tap Rudiment (Continued) | Part 3 of 3
This lesson continues the inverted flam tap — the same symmetrical, tap/upstroke/accent motion where a left-hand version always follows a right-hand version and vice versa — now applied through exercises built around groupings of 2 and 3, which create a distinct rhythmic phrase as the inverted flam moves through them. Practice slowly at first, separating the hands to understand the motion, then gradually build tempo as it becomes more natural.
