Supplement 38A: 4-Note Grouping in 4/4 (Variation #4) | Part 1 of 3
This variation places the first note of the 4-note group in the bass drum, applied across the familiar quarter-note-to-32nd-note sequence (triplet included). The goal remains control over shifting note values alongside hand/foot coordination — track the group’s first note to keep the downbeat clear, and expect the triplet to be the most demanding stretch of the sequence.
