Supplement 17F: Foot Motions Exercises | Part 4 of 4
These examples continue developing a variety of foot motions. Pay close attention to the motion behind each note — the prep motion especially, since it determines whether the next note lands early, late or right on time. Track your progress with a metronome and push the tempo each session where you can (Supplement 17F). Keep a steady tempo and stay aware of phrasing; remember that tempo is a factor in whether the ankle motion is practical.
