Supplement 19B: Category 2 Stickings In 4/4 And 12/8 With Ostinatos | Part 2 of 4

These are the same phrases as above, now played with Category 2 sticking — stay aware of the sticking as you play. Once you’re confident with the motion and sticking accuracy, begin voicing the accents on the toms, and when voicing on the cymbals, support with the bass drum (Supplement 19B). Apply any and all of the ostinato patterns from Supplement 19C and 19D to these phrases as well, in both 4/4 and 12/8.
