Category 6 sticking pairs six single strokes with one or more doubles — the triple paradiddle lives in this family. Each exercise applies a different accent pattern to the singles, but the sticking always turns over to the other hand after eight notes regardless of where the accents fall. Move the accents onto the drum set and cymbals with bass drum support to bring out the melodic shape.
