Here the Category 1 through 5 stickings combine into a single set of accent phrases, in both 4/4 and 12/8. By this point the compound stickings should be second nature — the real goal is choosing where you want the notes to land, not figuring out which sticking gets you there. Let the accent direction guide the hand motion as always.
