Biography
Craig Anderson is a member of Orange County hardcore punk rock band Ignite, which formed in 1993. Ignite is notorious for their socially and politically aware lyrics.
Craig was not an original member of Ignite. He joined in the late 90s at a time when Ignite was touring overseas and meeting some of their dedicated followers for the first time. In 2000, Ignite released A Place Called Home and were launched into the ear of the mainstream. After the album’s release, many of the band members pursued independent interests. In 2004, Ignite regrouped for their U.S. tour before departing on yet another trek across the globe.
In 2005, Ignite signed a contract with Abacus Recordings and began recording their next studio album, Our Darkest Days. Craig played with the band on the subsequent promotional tour. Ignite has played with bands like Rise Against, Blacklisted, and Set Your Goals.
