Brandon Saller has been playing drums since the age of 12 and at 18 turned pro. His big break came in 1998 with the Metalcore band Atreyu. Not only a self-taught drummer, Brandon also plays guitar and bass and is becoming a more prolific vocalist with Atreyu as well as a creative artist in the medium of painting.
Atreyu has been featured on soundtracks in movies such as "Mr. & Mrs. Smith", "Underworld: Evolution" and "Madden NFL07", as well as in the racing game, "Burnout 3".
Atreyu has sold well over 1 million albums worldwide. Their release "A Death-Grip on Yesterday" (2006) peaked at #9 on the Billboard 200 charts, selling over 690,000 copies. Their third release "Lead Sails Paper Anchor" (2007) debuted at #8 on the Billboard 200 charts, selling over 43,000 copies in the first week alone and racking up an impressive string of #1s: #1 on The Billboard Top Rock Albums Chart, #1 on The Billboard Top Hard Rock Albums Chart and #1 on The Billboard Top Alternative Albums Charts
