Lessons 31 - 35: 5-Stroke Roll through 10-Stroke Roll
In these lessons, you will begin to apply the motions learned in "Basic Body Motions" to sticking patterns covering basic rudiments. Many of these lessons are in two parts. They are applied to a pad or snare drum and to the drum set. If you can practice 15-20 minutes or more a day these lessons will become comfortable for you. Of course the more you practice, the faster you will learn. Watch carefully the motions of the instructors and if possible, practice in front of a mirror to see if you are making the correct body motions.
