Biography

Greg Baudrier is the drummer for the French band, Astonvilla. The band recently returned to the forefront of the French music scene in 2005. Greg Baudrier joined the band in early 2003 as part of a lineup change. Fellow band member guitarist Manu Baroux joined shortly after in 2004. The arrival of Greg Baudrier has been described by fellow band mates as a "rebirth" and created an environment that is "more relaxed and vibrant!" Each member is now more collaborative and interested in proposing new ideas. In 2005, Greg Baudrier recorded his first album with Astonvilla, De Jour Comme de Nuit. It was produced by Daniel Presley and features a more electric-driven sound, while simultaneously is more laidback and relaxed than the group's previous work.

Greg Baudrier toured with Astonvilla in 2005. The tour featured a noteable show date at L'Elysée-Montmartre, one of the most famous music venues in Paris.  It was designed in 1889 by Gustave Eiffel, the same man who designed the Eiffel Tower.
