Tuning Your Toms with John Good publication date: Nov 18, 2011 John Good gives Cobus Potgieter a lesson on tuning his toms, showing that the pitch of the shell relates to the relative tuning of the head, which then creates the desired pitch bend. After they left the studio, Don Lombardi jumped in to show his trick for tuning the floor tom in the SFTP drum lesson.
