This is the main conga beat played on one or two congas. At slow speed it is a "Bolero", slightly faster it is a "Cha Cha Cha" even faster it is " Son Montuno" and a little faster is a "Salsa" pattern. The sticking is L L R L L L R R on one conga and L L L R R R L R R on two congas.
